Surlygnomes Moustache Wax

All Natural.  No Petroleum.  No Animal testing.

Hand made in Mar Vista, California.  A firm wax that will provide a solid hold to any surly hair.  Made in small batches with 100% organic bee's wax, all natural, cold pressed castor oil, essential oils, and a dash of real French absinthe.  No added colors.  No petroleum.  When I was looking to find a mustache wax I was really surprised to find that most are petroleum based.  These are good products that work great, but I really didn't want to use a petroleum product on my face and hair.  This lead me to the development of this product.  A firm wax that holds hair and tips.  It has a slight citrus aroma and a natural yellowish hue given off by the bee's wax.  Best of all, it washes out with hot water and soap.  It truly is "the best for your lip".

       Since this is a firm wax, the best way to apply is to scape a bit off with the back of your finger nail.  I usually keep the tin in my pocket for five or ten minutes and that softens it a bit and makes it easier to work with.  Roll into ball and warm up in finger tips.  Slowly work into mustache where the desired control is needed.  The amount needed will vary with each stache.  Use a hair dryer and small mustache comb to melt wax and style into place.  I personally just sharpen the tips.  This can be done without a hair dryer.  I just rub my fingers together to heat them up and slowly work wax into hair until I have hold I want and the wax blends in.  Once set, try not to touch it too much.  Keep your one ounce tin with you through out the day in case a touch up is needed.  This wax has a firm hold, but a pinch might be needed every now and then.  I have put my whiskers through some rigorous tests and have been blown away by the hold.  Motorcycle, mountain bike, whitewater kayak.  It did fail the hot tub test on the third dunk.        :(     I'm cutting those clips together, so stay tuned for the link.  I also sell on ETSY.com and have more photos there.  Enjoy your waxed stache and make the world a more beautiful place.
